Booth Options:

10 x 10 Booth – Blue on Diagram – $145
100 sq. feet of floor space to do as you wish.  Limited number available.  Comes with (1) 8 ft. table and (2) chairs, however, you are more than welcome to bring your own and configure the space however you would like.

6 x 8 Booth – Orange on Diagram – $95
48 sq. feet of floor space to do as you wish.  Comes with (1) 8 ft. table and (2) chairs, however, you are more than welcome to bring your own and configure the space however you would like.

Hobbyist Table – Purple on Diagram – $55 ($45 for NORE Gold Members)
One table.  *Limited to a maximum of 10 gallons of total water volume.*

Included:

All Fragginstein Booths include the following:

  • Night before setup access (5-10 PM on Friday evening)
  • 5A (600W) of electricity – Additional power available
  • Ability to post signage in front of / at your booth space
  • Ability to sell reefing related livestock and/or dry goods
  • Inclusion in NORE Fragginstein social media posts and industry-related publications (R2R, ReefTrader, etc.)
  • Listing on www.NORE.fish website under Vendor Listing

What You Need To Provide:

  • Electrical cords for your booth space (we will have power dropped in your booth location)
  • Saltwater & Tanks (if applicable for livestock sales)
  • All booths come with a standard folding table which can safely support up to 15 gallons of saltwater.  10×10 and 6×8 booths are welcome to increase this volume limit by providing their own tables.  Hobbyist tables limited to 10 gallons
  • Signage for booth location
  • Raffle Prize donation to NORE Fragginstein Raffle (Minimum $50 Value)

Add Ons Available:

  • Frag Swap Scavenger Hunt Participation – Increase booth traffic with your participation in our swap scavenger hunt. Attendees will have to stop by your booth to collect a sticker to complete their card. Use this time to convert attendees into buyers.
  • Additional Electricity – All booths come with standard power of 120V / 5A. (600W) Additional electricity is available for pre-purchase and will be ran to your booth location
  • Digital Advertisement On NORE Website – Feature your business on the Fragginstein page of the NORE website with a digital add hyperlinked back to your website. Use this option to explain show specials or what you will have available at the swap.
  • Event Digital Advertisement – We will have a large video screen over the stage area, feature your ad on screen. Display show specials or what you have to offer. Digital ads will rotate through entire event. All art to be submitted in 1920 x 1080 jpgs.
  • Logo On Fragginstein T-Shirt / Event Sponsorship – We will be creating and selling official Fragginstein T-Shirts. Get your logo or company name placed on this shirt in the form of a Silver, Gold or Presenting Event Sponsorship.

  • Registration Open – February 15 – Noon
  • Event Setup – Friday, September 29 – 5 PM to 10 PM
  • Event Access – Saturday, September 30 – 8:00 AM
  • Doors Open – Early Bird NORE Gold Members – 10:00 AM
  • Doors Open – General Public – 11:00 AM
  • Event Raffle – 2:00 PM
  • Event End – 3:00 PM
