Fragginstein Vendor Application

We never imagined our second-annual swap would sell out in just a few hours.  We are humbled and appreciative of all the support we have received from hobbyists and vendors alike.  

Seeing there is a finite amount of space at the show, no additional vendors can be added at this time.  However, should we receive a cancellation from any current vendor, we will reach out to individuals on the waitlist in order they are received.  

This could be months before the show, or only a couple of days.  Once an opening has formed, a member of our team will start reaching out down the waitlist until the spot is filled.  We will reach out via the contact preference you listed.  If we cannot reach you immediately, we will wait 1 hour until reaching out to the next individual on the list.  

Please understand if you receive a communication from our team and reply after the 1-hour mark, there is a chance the spot may already be filled, however, you will remain on the list for any future openings.
