NORE started when a few people who had never met felt the need for a local reef / aquarium club. With the idea for this local club we brought local hobbyists together and NORE was created.

This club has a wealth of knowledge to share from fish keeping, coral propagation, aquarium system design, to breeding nudibranchs. We welcome any hobbyist to our club – regardless of skill level or experience in the hobby – to join us in outings, member only swaps, and enjoying local discounts extended to club members.

Members have access to raffles at meetings and a variety of prizes are given out each month.  With more restrictions upon our hobby, it’s in the interest of reef and fish keepers to learn as much as we can to preserve and teach others the best ways to care for and aquaculture these marine creatures that one day may be unavailable to us.

We hope to be able share with each other as we make this a family-style club where we will want to bring our families together and enjoy what makes us happy.
